Improved Discontinuous Lyapunov Functionals for Stability Analysis of Sampled-Data Systems

This paper is devoted to proposing improved discontinuous Lyapunov functionals for the stability analysis of sampled-data systems. Specifically, by relaxing existing looped-functional, this makes first attempt integrate 1/t-t k ∫ xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">tk t x(s)ds and 2/{({t-t }){2}}∫ xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">s x(τ)dτs into quadratic terms functionals, which offer possibility obtain less conservative criteria formulated in linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) than other previous studies. Finally, effectiveness proposed corresponding approach are demonstrated several numerical examples.
